Fitting Punishment Awaits Man Who Cleared $20K Of Timber From Long Island Park, DA Says He just wanted to spend more time in nature, and a Long Island judge was happy to grant his wish. Terence Wolffe, age 42, of Mastic, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and related charges in Suffolk County Court on Friday, Feb. 2 for causing thousands of dollars in damage to Nesconset’s Commerdinger County Park.
