The incident took place around 1 a.m., Monday, June 28, in the area of Edwards Boulevard and East Olive Street in Long Beach, said Sgt. Brett Curtis. When officers arrived on the scene, they found blood on the pants of the person in need of medical assistance. In recent weeks, the Nassau County Police Department has received multiple complaints of graffiti that has been painted across Long Beach, creating an eyesore for area residents, shoppers, and business owners.
