Heather Robinson, age 36, of Miller Place, was last seen at around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, according to Suffolk County Police. Wrongful Death Suit By Gabby Petito's Mother Seeks Damages From Brian Laundrie's Estate Gabby Petito's mother has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Brian Laundrie's estate, seeking more than $30,000 in damages, according to a new report from WFLA. Nichole Schmidt filed the lawsuit against Laundrie's parents for the expenses such as funeral costs and due to the loss of care and comfort that the family has experienced, the news station reported. The album, which was also shared with her 23-year-old fiancé Brian Laundrie, features photos of families and babies, along with maternity clothes. Missing Long Island Woman Found A Long Island woman who went missing has been found. Crystal Patino, age 39, had last been seen leaving Nassau University Medical Center on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow, at approximately 10:30 p.m. Saturday, July 10, according to Nassau County Police. Police announced that she was located on Sunday afternoon, July 11. No further details were released.
