Hugh James was found shot to death in his vehicle after his car crashed into a parked vehicle in Wyandanch on Lake Drive on Wednesday, July 3 at approximately 6:45 p.m., said police. Detectives are seeking the identity of a man seen on surveillance photo regarding information pertaining to the investigation, according to police.
