Long Island Man Caught After Robbing Fellow 20-Year-Old On Street In Broad Daylight A Long Island man has been arrested after police say he robbed a 20-year-old victim on the street in broad daylight. Officers with the Nassau County Police Department arrested Craig Blackwood, 20, of Uniondale on Sunday, Nov. 3. According to police, Blackwood approached the male victim, who he allegedly already knew, while walking at the intersection of Front Street and Newport Road around 9 a.m. Blackwood forcibly took the victim’s cell phone and Apple air pods and fled on foot, according to police.
