Trio Indicted For Murder In 'Brazen' Daytime Kidnapping, Beating Of Long Island Man
Three men were formally charged with murder in connection with the broad-daylight kidnapping and beating death of a Long Island man.
Gustavo Hernandez, age 38, and his nephews, Walter Ramirez Jeronimo, age 19, and Wilson Ramirez Jeronimo, age 18, all of Farmingdale, were indicted for murder and kidnapping in Suffolk County Court on Friday, Aug. 2.
According to prosecutors, the trio drove up to 48-year-old Juan Carlos Diaz Jeronimo as he was walking in Farmingdale on Broadhollow Road on the evening of Friday, June 21.

Details On Gabby Petito Autopsy Scheduled To Be Revealed
A piece of the mystery surrounding the disappearance and death of Gabby Petito may be answered when the details of her autopsy, including the cause of death, are released on Tuesday, Oct. 12.
Dr. Brent Blue, the coroner in Teton County, Wyoming will reveal the details of 22-year-old Long Island native's autopsy at 12:30 pm Mountain Time, or 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Last month, Blue ruled the manner of her death a homicide, but the cause of death remained pending further autopsy results.
