Suspect Nabbed On Train Platform After Robbery At Long Island Shop, Police Say A suspect was nabbed on a train platform shortly after he allegedly robbed a Long Island shop. According to Nassau County Police detectives, the male subject entered Alice’s of Oyster Bay, a cafe and consignment shop on Berry Hill Road, and removed a purse from the store, passing all points of purchase while making no attempt to pay for the merchandise around 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 2.
