Long Island Teen Killed, Sister Injured In Crash During Family Vacation A Long Island teen was killed in a car crash while on a family vacation in Iceland. Zachary Zabatta, was killed Saturday, Oct. 12, in the crash that also critically injured his younger sister, Sophia and his mother and father, according to a GoFundMe page and officials at his school, St. Mary's High School in Manhasset. According to the GoFundMe page, the entire family is currently hospitalized and it's unclear when they will be able to return home.
