33 Shots Fired At Long Island Home Of Nypd Officer An off-duty NYPD officer was grazed in the head by a bullet as dozens of gunshots rang out at her Long Island home, reportedly intended for her sister’s boyfriend, who allegedly has gang ties. NYPD officer Nathaly Gomez Iglesias was eating in her Brentwood home at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31 when approximately 33 gunshots were fired into the residence, police said.
