The Riverhead Police Department issued an alert last week when three teens ran away from the Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch in Riverhead late on Tuesday, Feb. 18. The three girls were seen getting into a BMW prior to their disappearance.
According to police, residents Vanessa D’Angelo, Jocelyn Lentino and Nyeisha Dow left the facility without permission around 9:40 p.m. last week. They were later seen getting into the white BMW near Sound Avenue and Osborn Avenue in Baiting Hollow.
D’Angelo was found in Nassau County on Thursday, Feb. 20, police said. They have since located Lentino and Dow in the Bronx, who were in good health and returned to the group home in Riverhead.
No foul play was suspected, police noted.
