Police Search For Suspect In White SUV After Two Men In Car Shot, Killed In Rosedale

Police are searching for clues in the shooting death of two men sitting in a vehicle on a residential street in Rosedale, Queens.

The two unidentified men were found after New York City police received a 911 call regarding the shooting around 9:24 p.m., Monday, Aug. 26, said the NYPD.

The men were sitting inside a 2018 Kia sedan on the corner of 149th Drive and 255th Street, in the Rosedale section of Queens when they were shot, NYPD officials said.

When police arrived on the scene, they found the men unconscious and unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to their bodies inside the vehicle. EMS arrived and pronounced both men at the scene, NYPD said.

A white SUV was reportedly seen speeding away from the area.

There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

The release of the Identity of the men is pending family notification, police said.
