Fernando Thompson, 28, is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department and Nassau County Court after being arrested on a fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon charge.
Following his arrest, Thompson was later released and failed to appear for court proceedings, leading to a warrant for his arrest from the court.
Thompson has been described as being 5-foot-10, weighing approximately 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police said that anyone who comes into contact with Thompson “should not attempt to apprehend or detain” him.
