An alert has been issued for Frank Franzese, 41, who is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department after being arrested on an aggravated criminal contempt charge last year and later failed to appear for court proceedings.
Franzese was described by police as 5-foot-9 weighing approximately 205 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone that comes into contact with him has been advised by investigators not to attempt to apprehend or detain him.
Anyone with information regarding Franzese's whereabouts or who recognizes him has been asked to contact Nassau County Police investigators by calling 911 or (516) 573-7524.
