Samuel Vergata, 31, is wanted by police in Nassau County on a second-degree criminal contempt charge for allegedly disobeying court orders. Vergata was released following her arrest and later failed to appear for court proceedings, elating to a bench warrant.
Police describe Vergata as a 5-foot-11 man weighing approximately 265 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Investigators noted that anyone who recognizes Vergata or who spots him should not attempt to apprehend or detain him.
