It happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 4 in Hampton Bays.
Southampton Town Police say the department received a call from a distraught female stating there was a gunshot at 49 Ponquogue Ave.
Officers were dispatched to the location and found two subjects, one male and one female, suffering from gunshot wounds. Another female and a baby were also found in the home, according to police.
The gunshot victims were transported to local hospitals and were both pronounced dead shortly after arrival, police said.
The gunshot victims have been identified as 25-year-old Jonathan Fava and 24-year-old Kelly Lynn Bray.
Both lived at the home and were parents of the baby, police said.
The child, who was unharmed, is now in the car of a relative, according to police. The female caller is cooperating with the police.
The incident is currently under investigation by STPD detectives and SCPD Homicide detectives.
