A man is wanted by police on Long Island for allegedly dipping his hand in a donation box at a popular area eatery.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers released a photo of a man who allegedly stole a tip jar at Islanda Empanada on Portion Road in Lake Ronkonkoma at approximately 8:05 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect has been asked to contact Suffolk County Police Sgt. Eugene Peters by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or leaving an anonymous tip online.
