Police investigators in Nassau County have issued an alert for a man wanted on charges that include criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
Chad Stewart, 39, was arrested last year and charged with criminal contempt and criminal mischief for an incident in Nassau County. He later was released following his processing and failed to appear for court proceedings, leading to a warrant for his arrest.
Investigators described Stewart as being 5-foot-10, weighing approximately 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police noted that anyone who comes into contact with Stewart “should not attempt to apprehend or detain” him.
