Alert Issued For Missing Syosset 15-Year-Old

Nassau County Police are asking the public for help locating a missing 15-year-old teen from Syosset.

Officials with the Nassau County Missing Persons Squad said Jaylin Scott was last seen by a staff member of the Mercy First Facility around 9:30 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 22.

He is described as a male black, 5-foot-6, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description and possible destination are unknown.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding Scott to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.

All callers will remain anonymous.
