The top prize-winning TAKE 5 ticket – worth $19,695 – was purchased in Woodmere, at the Stop & Shop located at 253-01 Rockaway Boulevard, New York Lottery announced.

It was sold for the midday drawing held on Thursday, Aug. 1.

TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Players can check their ticket status on the New York Lottery website.
