Details Emerge After Construction Magnate, Wife Allegedly Shot By Son At Long Island Mansion
New details have emerged after the son of a Long Island construction magnate and his wife has been arrested after allegedly shooting the couple inside their 8,751-square foot, $3.2-million Long Island mansion on Christmas Day.
Dino Tomassetti, age 29, of Maspeth Avenue in Brooklyn, was arrested late Saturday, Dec. 25, by New York State Police, said the Nassau County Police.

Reward Offered For Info On Suspects Sought In String Of Poughkeepsie Shootings
With four shootings in the City of Poughkeepsie in the span of just more than a week, New York State Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrests and convictions of those involved.
Police have said that the shootings, which all occurred within nine days and injured at least six people, are not connected.
The shootings include:
Oct. 28, at 5:43 a.m., One man shot after leaving an after-hours party at 11 Edgar St.
Oct. 31, at 12:00 pm, One man shot during a reported robbery on Catherine Street. Taken was a Gucci backpack containing $3,500.
