Former Clothing Store Employee In Westchester Charged With Recording Women In Dressing Rooms
An accused Peeping Tom is facing a host of charges for allegedly recording videos of women in dressing rooms when he worked at a clothing store in Westchester. Bronx resident Heriberto Polanco, 27, was charged in a 48-count indictment for recording videos of unsuspecting customers while he was still employed at Forever 21 in the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers. Specifically, Polanco was charged with 24 counts each of unlawful surveillance by using or installing an imaging device for amusement or profit and using an imaging device for no legitimate purposes. Know him? Police investigators in Wallkill are seeking the public's assistance as they attempt to locate a Peeping Tom who was caught spying on a teenage girl changing in a dressing room. Investigators have released photos of a man who was seen placing an iPhone on the floor of a Forever 21 dressing room on Saturday, June 8, at the Galleria at Crystal Run Mall in Middletown to spy on a 16-year-old girl. Video: Police Search For Peeping Tom Who Used Ladder In Northern Westchester
A Peeping Tom caught on camera carrying a ladder in Northern Westchester is on the loose and police are asking for the public's help in identifying and finding him. The Bedford Police is currently investigating a suspicious incident/trespassing that occurred at a residence on Cliffside Lane in Bedford Hills on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at about 8:20 p.m., said Bedford Police Lt.
