The arrest comes after an investigation involving two Rockland County police departments. Orangetown Police detectives were assisting Ramapo PD detectives in an investigation that led to a parking lot at Dominican College in Orangeburg on Wednesday, Aug. 29. The Orangetown Police Department received a call at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, from a passerby who saw a man struck by a train on the CSX rail line just south of Bradley Hill Road.
