Tractor-Trailer Crashes Into Route 9A Overpass A tractor-trailer backed up traffic for just over an hour after hitting a bridge overpass on Route 9A in Briarcliff Manor on Friday afternoon, according to police. The vehicle got stuck under the overpass around 2:30 p.m. and was stuck for about an hour before a tow truck could come and move it, Briarcliff Police said.
