Man Arrested Five Times Nabbed Again After Attacking Officers With Drill, Police Say A 30-year-old man who has been arrested five times for vehicle larcenies has been arrested again following a fight with officers in which he allegedly attacked them with a drill. Aakif Charles, of the City of Newburgh, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 10, after police responded to the area of  Townsend Avenue and Lincoln Terrace to investigate a car-larceny in progress, police said.
