2 Westchester Women Nabbed For Prostitution After Raid At Massage Parlor Two women from the Hudson Valley have been charged with prostitution after a raid at a Long Island massage parlor. In response to numerous community complaints, Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers conducted an investigation at Lake Avenue Foot & Back Spa in St, James at approximately 3:20 p.m.  Friday, Nov. 3.
