The Ulster County incident happened in the town of Rosendale, off Hickory Bush Road, at around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29. Kia is recalling more than 80,000 hybrid and electric SUVs due to wiring issues that could prevent airbags and seat belts from properly deploying, officials said.
