Man Caught With Heroin, Crack, Cocaine In Foot Chase On Main Street In Danbury A man who jumped through a window, sending glass flying, and running from police, was nabbed with drugs following a foot chase. Jose A. Ramos, 31, of Hartford, was arrested on numerous charged Friday around 7:30 p.m., Friday, by Danbury Police, said the Danbury Police Department. The incident began around 7:10 p.m. when Danbury officers were conducting an investigation on Spring Street regarding a violent crime that occurred earlier in the week. While detectives were attempting to speak with people inside a residence, Ramos jumped out the window and ran away from detectives, police said.  …
