Mom Sentenced For Killing 2-Year-Old Daughter, Slashing Police Officers In Westchester A Westchester mother who admitted to killing her 2-year-old daughter may spend the rest of her life in prison. Mamaroneck resident Cynthia Arce has been sentenced to a term of between 25 years to life in prison after pleading guilty earlier this year in Westchester County Court to killing her daughter, Gabrielle Boyd and stabbing two police officers on April 28 last year. Arce pleaded guilty in September to second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
