Route 172 Reopens Following Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash This story has been updated. A busy Bedford roadway has reopened following a single-vehicle crash that injured a 17-year-old girl. The crash took place around 8:20 a.m., Monday, June 10, on route 172, (South Bedford Road) lost control of her vehicle and hit a guardrail and rolled over, said Bedford Police Lt. Andrew Bellantone. The girl was extricated from the vehicle and taken to Westchester Medical Center, with unknown injuries, he said. "She was alert and talking when we reached her," he said."
