New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s brother, CNN host Chris Cuomo, has tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The governor announced that his 49-year-old brother has tested positive for the virus, and that the family found out about the news early on Tuesday, March 31. With the world gripped in fear by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, one cartoonist tried to offer some levity to the situation with a series of new cartoons he’s offering to the public for free. The “ghost messages” were sent to both iPhone and Android users this week, and reportedly were prevalent among all major cellular carriers.
