Details Released In PIP Crash That Killed NY Teen
Authorities have released new details about a fatal crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway that claimed the life of a 16-year-old boy and injured several others, officials said. The two-car collision occurred at 5:58 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, in the southbound lanes of the Palisades Interstate Parkway near the New York state line, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Police have arrested a Rockland County man who they said was responsible for a hit-and-run crash that killed a 77-year-old motorist on the Garden State Parkway a year and a half ago.
