Hudson Valley Man Charged With Hate Crime At Synagogue A Hudson Valley man has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly posting an anti-semitic banner at a synagogue. Ulster County resident Caleb H. Rochester, age 55, of Kingston, was arrested on Thursday, May 16, for the Monday, March 25 incident at Temple Emanuel Synagogue in Kingston.  According to Capt. The swastikas were found in Dutchess County on Monday, March 4 at Rhinebeck High School, said the principal Edwin Davenport.
