26 Charged In 'Hot Lunch' Drugs, Guns Takedown In Hudson Valley A food truck is at the center of a significant drug and gun takedown in the Hudson Valley that resulted in 26 arrests. The 26 were scooped up as part of a six-month-long investigation by numerous agencies throughout the Hudson Valley, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. 13 Indicted After Investigation Targeting Ct-based Drug Ring More than a dozen men are facing charges for their roles in a Connecticut-based drug ring that distributed heroin and cocaine. U.S. Attorney John Durham and Norwich Police Chief Patrick Daley announced this week that earlier this month, a federal grand jury in Hartford has indicted 13 people who are charged with allegedly trafficking narcotics.
