The cartoon's caption on page 43 reads: "Poughkeepsie!"

Is it a reference to newly elected Republican Mayor Rob Rolison?

Is there an assumption Dutchess County may be a political stronghold for presidential candidate Donald J. Trump, who's also featured in the April 11 issue of the magazine?

Or should county residents of the affordable upstate communities along the Hudson River merely be pleased about publicity?

Mayor Rolison reacted: "Even Noah knows 'the buzz is back' in the Queen City."
