PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Several people have been hospitalized with injuries after a head-on crash in Putnam County early Sunday afternoon.

The crash, reported just before 2 p.m., occurred on the 300 block of Tonetta Lake Road, off I-84, in Brewster.
