Man Who Commits Traffic Violation In Philipstown Charged With DWI

PHILIPSTOWN, N.Y. -- Putnam County Sheriffs charged a Dutchess County man with driving while intoxicated in Philipstown on Saturday, officials said.

Carlos E. Espinoza-Lima, 31, of Hopewell Junction, was pulled over after allegedly committing a traffic violation, police said. 

Sheriffs suspected Espinoza-Lima of being intoxicated and he allegedly failed field sobriety tests, police said.
