Man Faces Grand Larceny Charge In Brewster

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Brewster barracks charged an Ansonia, Conn., man with grand larceny on Friday, Sept. 12, officials said.

Troopers responded to reports of grand larceny from the Delancy Street Foundation in Brewster in May 2012 and identified Michael Holt, 45, as a suspect, police said.

Holt was arrested in July 2014 in Connecticut on unrelated charges and was turned over to New York State Police, authorities said.

Holt is scheduled to appear in Southeast Town Court on Oct. 16, police said.
