Kerry A. Massi, 53, was first arrested in August after members of the sheriff's department Narcotics Enforcement Unit charged her with the possession and sale of medication oxycodone, deputies said.
She was held in the Putnam County Correctional Facility until she posted $5,000 bail. On Nov. 14, Massi was scheduled to appear in court but failed to show up. A warrant was issued for her arrest and she has been on the run since that time, the Sheriff's Office said.
On Dec. 20, at 5:30 p.m., members of the NEU located Massi in Mahopac and took her into custody, police said.
She is currently being held on $25,000 bail at the Putnam County Correctional Facility.
If found guilty of the felony charge of bail jumping, she could face up to seven years in jail and a be fined up to $5,000.
