Tractor-Trailer Overturns At I-684, I-84 Interchange

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- An overturned tractor-trailer resulted in delays at the intersection of I-684 and I-84 in Brewster early Friday afternoon.

The tractor-trailer overturned on the shoulder of the northbound ramp to eastbound I-84.
