CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A stretch of Route 6 in Cortlandt reopened late Monday afternoon after a morning accident involving an overturned tractor trailer resulted in its closure.
The road closure was between Annsville Circle and the Bear Mountain Bridge following the 9:30 a.m. incident in which a truck landed on its side on top of a car.
The lanes reopened around 5:30 p.m. Monday.
