Dale A. McIntire was arrested on Sept, 2, and charged with that misdemeanor as well as criminal mischief, a misdemeanor; and harassment, a violation. He was arrested after police were dispatched to investigate a domestic incident.
An investigation revealed that McIntire became involved in a physical dispute with children present and placed them in physical danger. He also damaged a cellular telephone during the course of this domestic incident, police said.
McIntire was arraigned in Patterson Town Justice Court and released without bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 18, 2014 at 5:30 p.m.
