Man, 46, Charged With DWI In Patterson

PATTERSON, N.Y. – A Bronx man was arrested for aggravated DWI Tuesday, June 30 in Patterson, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department.

07/07/2015 3:30 p.m.

Thomas R. Forni, 46, was stopped near the Putnam-Dutchess line and determined that Forni was intoxicated.

Forni was ordered to appear in the Town of Patterson Justice Court on a later date.

If found guilty, he could face up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
