MAHOPAC, N.Y. – A Mahopac resident and new mother was found dead in her family’s home on Aug. 26 of what is suspected to be a heroin overdose, reports LoHud.
Mahopac resident Italia Palmiotto, 22, died just over two weeks after giving birth to a son.
