WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- There were heavy delays on the Hutchinson RIver in both directions Thursday morning after an accident near the Cross County Parkway (Exit 13).
The northbound accident had been cleared but there remained stop-and-go delays in both directions through the end of the morning commute.
There were also delays on the northbound Taconic State Parkway near the I-84 merger following an earlier accident.
The accident, reported at 6:38, resulted in the right lane being blocked and stop-and-go traffic back to Mill Hill Road. Debris was reported on the roadway.
