Kiona Smith was last seen on Monday, Feb. 24, the clearinghouse said.

She is described as black, 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, and having black hair and brown eyes.

Kiona was wearing black legging-style pants, a gray hooded jean jacket, black boots, tall socks and a black back pack when she went missing.

The teen's other distinguishing features are: a tattoo of a bow with polka dots on her chest, a scar on her inner right wrist, and facial piercings.

She may be in the Rochester area, the clearinghouse said.

The clearinghouse said it publicizes cases about missing children, college students, and vulnerable adults -- with the family’s permission -- in order to help authorities generate leads.

To leave a tip about Kiona, call the clearinghouse’s hot line at 1-(800)-346-3543, email it at missingpersons@dcjs.ny.gov, or visit its website at www.criminaljustice.ny.gov.
