"The food is great," owner Sean Scott told Daily Voice when asked why his restaurant has resonated with locals. "We're geared toward being a family restaurant. We have a lot of good regulars, and people love the food here. Our burgers and wings are fantastic."
The restaurant has a full menu, serving lunch and dinner, and Scott - who took over the business six years ago - said the staff makes people feel at home.
"We want to make people feel like this is their neighborhood spot," Scott said.
Customers in the tavern section of the bar/restaurant - which started as separate businesses, before knocking down the wall between the two - agreed.
"The people who own the place and the bartenders are all great," said Brewster resident Peter Gannon. "This is our local neighborhood hangout. There aren't many left."
