Putnam Organizations Hold Candidates Forum

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The League of Women Voters of Putnam County and Putnam County Chambers of Commerce present a general election candidates' forum on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 7-9 p.m. at Carmel High School's Casey Hall.
