Dommonick T. Chatman, 50, of York, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Malachy E. A non-verbal adult at high risk of being victimized has gone missing in Philadelphia, authorities announced on Thursday, Aug. 15.

A Norwalk man has been charged after his alleged involvement in a $25,000 larceny case in Darien, police say.
Darien Police say officers took custody of Robert, Tricarico, 63, of Norwalk on Wednesday, Sept. 4 after an investigation showed that he failed to repay a $25,000 loan.
