Fake $100 Bills Being Distributed At Businesses In Hudson Valley Community, Authorities Say
Authorities issued an alert about counterfeit money that has been distributed to businesses in the Hudson Valley. The Village of Millerton Police Department in Dutchess County made the announcement on Tuesday, Aug. 23. So far, police found that counterfeit $100 bills have been distributed to businesses in the Millerton area. Authorities asked anyone who has received counterfeit money to call the Millerton Police Department at 518-789-6355.

21 Charged With Driving While Impaired/Intoxicated During St. Patrick's Day Crackdown In Area
Nearly two dozen drivers were busted by police for alleged impaired driving in the Hudson Valley during a St. Patrick’s Day holiday crackdown. Local law enforcement agencies in Dutchess County collaborated as part of a “High Visibility Community Engagement Campaign” that ran from Wednesday, March 16 through Sunday, March 20, leading to the arrests of 21 people for DWI-related offenses. Among the arrests was Joseph Pasqualina, age 27, of Tivoli, who allegedly took police from the Red Hook Police Department on a brief chase when they attempted to stop him for a vehicle and traffic violation.…

First Report On Memorial Day DWI Crackdown Released By Dutchess Sheriff
A Memorial Day crackdown on impaired drivers in Dutchess County has led to the arrests of nearly a dozen local residents. In total, nine arrests have been announced, though not all agencies have reported their arrests following the busy holiday.
