Utah Man Who Threatened To Shoot Up NY Synagogue Arrested In NJ: Report, Nypd A Utah man accused of making online threats against a prominent New York City synagogue was arrested in New Jersey over the weekend, according to the NYPD and ABC7. A spokesperson for the NYPD said an individual was arrested by the Port Authority Police Department on the New Jersey side of the Lincoln Tunnel around 5:30 p.m. Friday. That suspect was identified as Luis Ramirez, 23,  by ABC7. Charges against Ramirez were pending. Jorge Aponte-Guzman, age 33, Nelson Agramonte,-Minaya, age 37, and Carlos Maisonet-Lopez, age 32, have been indicted in federal court this week following their arrests in September that led to the seizure of 920 kilograms of cocaine.

Suspect Caught In Killing That Led To Westchester Manhunt, Lockouts A suspect in the fatal shooting of a woman at a Tarrytown housing complex was captured Tuesday night in Manhattan by Port Authority police as he tried to board a bus for Delaware, authorities said. Cynelle Brown, 28, was spotted by PAPD Sgt.
